PRODUCTION

POY wires are successively passed through the first roller, heated in the heating box, cooled by the cooling plate, and then twisted into S or Z by the false twister; To the second roller, oil agent is used to prevent static electricity during winding, and then winding to obtain DTY polyester yarn. After the stretching of the first roller and the second roller, the false twist deformation of the false twister is processed into high-quality polyester crafted draw textured yarn.

Polyester DTY yarn (crafted draw textured yarn)has high bulkiness, good heat insulation, comfortable hand feel and soft gloss.
