PRODUCTION

The mechanicallyspandex covered yarn is that the outer fiber filament is continuously rotated and wound on the core spandex drawn at a uniform speed. It is twisted and has a twist. Its main feature is that the fabric style is flat and neat.

In the rewinding workshop, the large DTY is first transformed into a small DTY through the rewinding step, which is convenient for use in the wrapping workshop. In the wrapping workshop, the small DTY is placed on the machine, the spandex at the bottom is used as the core wire, and the DTY filament is wound on the spandex to finally form the spandex covered yarn.

Over the years, black nylon yarn has been sold to Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa, Europe, South America and other regions.

3.Q:Are the products same as pictures?

A:The pictures are taken based on the true products, but photo color might be a little different from the true products due to different monitors display .These should be regarded as being accepted when you place orders
