PRODUCTION

The spandex filament is led out from the core filament supply bobbin by the core filament input roller, and then passes through the hollow spindle. The hollow spindle rotates driven by the Dragon belt.The wrapped polyester filament wrapped on it is led out and twisted due to its rotation, and coated on the spandex core filament penetrated from the hollow spindle to form a polyester spandex covered yarn. The covered yarn is pulled and wound on the winding bobbin by the wire guide shaft.

scy nylon yarn spandex covered yarn is an elastic composite yarn formed by taking spandex filament with a certain drafting multiple as the core and wrapping the polyester filament spirally outside the core filament through the covering process. The composite yarn not only has the characteristics of wrapped polyester, but also has the good elasticity and recovery performance of spandex, which makes up for the defect of single component filament.

The differences between spandex coated yarn and spandex core-spun yarn are as follows:

(1) The core yarn and the outer fiber of spandex core-spun yarn come from two components to fully reflect the characteristics of the core yarn and the outer fiber. The core yarn is not exposed, and the outer fiber can only be short fiber.

The coated yarn does not require the core yarn to be completely covered, and the outer fiber can be filament or single yarn, and is wound in special equipment (hollow spindle spinning machine), its purpose is to get fancy.

(2) Spandex cored yarn: it is a spandex covered with short fibers. The core is spandex wire, and the core wire is usually not exposed when stretched.

Spandex coated yarn: it is an elastic yarn formed by wrapping spandex with chemical fiber filament and also with spandex filament as the core, covering spandex filament with non-elastic staple fiber or filament in a spiral way. The core is exposed under tension.
