Nano waterproof coating
The preparation of waterproof fabric is usually to add a waterproof coating on the surface of the fabric. The excellent waterproof property of the coating is used to give the fabric a waterproof function. Nano antibacterial paint
Currently, the most mature nano antibacterial coatings are nano TiO2 coatings, whose antibacterial mechanism is to kill or inhibit the growth of microorganisms by utilizing the reactive oxygen species and free radicals generated by the photocatalytic oxidation characteristics of nano TiO2. Xu Ruifen et al. prepared antibacterial coating by dispersing nano-meter TiO2 after surface treatment into phenylpropyl emulsion and carried out antibacterial effect test. The results showed that the antibacterial coating had a killing rate of more than 99% for Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subbacillus, etc., with a strong bactericidal effect and long-lasting antibacterial effect.
Similarly, nano-znO can be decomposed to form electron-hole pairs under light conditions, and combine oxygen or water in the air to produce reactive oxygen species and free radicals, which can kill most bacteria and viruses.
Nano-paint ink for inkjet printing
Ink-jet printing is a contactless, dot matrix, clean and environmentally friendly textile printing process. The dye inks used in digital ink-jet printing of textiles have poor light fastness, long production cycle and environmental pollution, so it is difficult to popularize and apply. Relative to the dye ink, paint ink has strong commonality, the craft is simple, won't produce floating color and more advantages, such as environmental protection, but at present domestic textile ink jet printing coating performance and stability of the ink is poorer, printing the fabric properties, such as water resistance, resistant to wet rubbing were lacking, these are serious hindered the widespread promotion of inkjet printing technology.
