PRODUCTION

1.POY wires are successively passed through the first roller, heated in the heating box, cooled by the cooling plate, and then twisted into S or Z by the false twister; To the second roller, oil agent is used to prevent static electricity during winding, and then winding to obtain DTY polyester yarn. After the stretching of the first roller and the second roller, the false twist deformation of the false twister is processed into high-quality polyester DTY 15048 yarn.

3.Polyester DTY yarn is made from polyester chips by high-speed spinning of polyester pre oriented yarn and then by drafting and false twisting.

A :If sample less than 250g, usually is free,but express charge and will be buyer's own. For more than 250g sample, it needs to pay sample cost.
